The Construction Of Our Products Are Number One!
If you are looking for a product that can stand the tests of time and can survive some of the harshest weather conditions, you have found the right place. At Treasure Islands Of Santa Cruz all of our Outdoor Kitchens, Outdoor Fireplaces, and Firetables are framed with 25 guage galvanized studs on 12 inch centers (the standard for the industry is 16 inch centers). The frame is boxed in with Hardibacker cement board, and all seams are mesh taped and finished off with cement. The unit is then coated with a silicone based stucco for maximum protection.
Every Unit that we build also has a "TREX" decking base to make sure that moisture and water runoff never damage your Island. We then line the Island with a Fire Retardent ABS lining, this finishes out the inside of the Island so it can be used for storage.
